Leaders from Western Kenya are warming up to the Jubilee government thanks to the many goodies thrown on their way. The new Water and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa could not hide is joy as he was welcomed by hundreds of locals when he visited his ‘home’.

Eugene is among the leaders from Western who have been absorbed by the Jubilee administration.

Arriving home since joining the Cabine to a warm reception from people led by Governor Lusaka, MP's, MCA's, Professionals from the region and Leaders from various sectors
